What steps can the church take to keep young people safe? The answers can be found in a new program from the Synod of the Sun: For the Safety of Our Children & Youth Congregations, presbyteries, camps, conferences and church-related institutions are invited to use this program which springs from our mutual commitment to all the young people entrusted to our care.
For Synod of the Sun or related entity, the rate to perform a nation-wide criminal background check on each person is $9.95. This is less than half the expected cost of some other services.
